Multiple ISAs

You are allowed to have as many ISAs as you like, however there are restrictions on how many you can deposit into in any one tax year.
You are allowed to deposit money into one Maxi ISA or three Mini ISAs in any one tax year, as long as the Mini ISAs are of different types.
For example, you can deposit money into one Cash ISA, one Stocks & Shares ISA and one Life Insurance ISA in one year, but you cannot deposit money into two Cash ISAs in the same tax year.
Alternatively, you can deposit money into one Maxi ISA instead - you cannot deposit money into one Maxi ISA and one Mini ISA in any one tax year.
